Muttar chaat

 Onions, cooked until slightly browned

Tomatoes, wedged

Green chillies

Mango wedges


Coconut milk


1/2 tbps each of:

Tumeric

Paprika

Ground coriander

Salt


Tear in curry leaves


Simmer for 10 mins


Either drop in lightly hard boiled eggs, or poach eggs directly into the mixture.


Serve with crusty toast or bread.
